This Privacy Policy explains how BILPP OÜ ("we", "us"), a company registered in Estonia, collects, uses and protects your information when you use the thailandesim.app website and the Thailand eSIM mobile application.
1. Information we collect
This website sets no cookies and sends us no personal information. It stores a few small preferences in your browser's local storage — your language choice and whether you have dismissed our welcome offer — and those stay on your device, never transmitted to us. Visits are measured with Cloudflare Web Analytics, a cookieless service that does not follow you from site to site. In the app we collect only what delivering the service requires: your email address, your order history, and the technical details needed to provision an eSIM on your device.
2. How we use your information
To run and support the service, and nothing else: taking orders, provisioning eSIM profiles, answering support messages and meeting our legal obligations. We do not sell personal data.
3. Data sharing
We share data only with the providers the service needs — the mobile network partners that provision eSIM connectivity, and the App Store and Google Play, which process payment — and only as far as each of them requires.
4. Data retention and security
We keep personal data only as long as the purposes above or the law require, and protect it with industry-standard technical and organizational measures.
5. Your rights
Under the GDPR you may access, correct, delete or export your personal data, and object to or restrict its processing. Write to us at the address below to exercise any of these rights.
